Responsibilities
Discuss potential innovative projects with our clients linked to economic, business and technical reality to help them grow on the market.
Have an active role in training junior staff members, promoting a learning culture, providing mentorship and guidance so they can stretch to their full potential.
Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
Build your professional network and manage client relationships to find business opportunities with innovative companies.
Embrace the digital transformation in our business, familiarise yourself with these evolutions and drive these technologies further in day‑to‑day business for clients.
Set the tone in promoting risk management and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Tax consulting in practice or industry.
AITI/CTA Qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong academic record.
Business acumen – use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from market trends and use this information to assist clients in making innovative business decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship management – ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.
Creative – ability to contribute new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
Enthusiastic team player and manager with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.
Ambitious – strong commitment to personal learning and development.
