Your new company A leading Irish-based accounting and financial services firm providing comprehensive services in audit, taxation, payroll, and business advisory across multiple sectors. Your new role Lead and manage a team delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to clients. Prepare and review audit-exempt client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee client accounting records and final adjusted trial balances. Review and approve corporation and income tax computations and returns. Provide technical guidance and resolve complex accounting issues, escalating when necessary. Coach, supervise, and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing. Manage multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Review financial statements, account files, and supporting documentation for compliance with professional standards. Contribute to firmwide initiatives and lead ad-hoc projects as required. What you'll need to succeed Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). Minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in a management or supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, company law, financial reporting, and risk management. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements. Excellent project management and communication skills.
