Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing fitness franchise brand as a Franchise Performance Manager, supporting a portfolio of approximately 15 locations across Ireland.
You will work closely with franchisees to improve performance across all areas of their business, acting as a coach and partner to help them grow revenue, improve operations, and deliver a consistently high-quality member experience.
The role involves providing guidance and support to franchisees to achieve key business objectives, analyzing business performance and coaching them to drive improvements, helping clubs align with brand standards across service, marketing, and operations, sharing best practices across the network to raise overall performance, and advising on localised sales, marketing, and retention strategies.
* Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience in the fitness industry, ideally in a Regional, Area, or General Manager role
* A strong understanding of club operations, commercial KPIs, and business planning
* A consultative and collaborative approach to leadership
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities
* A flexible approach with the ability to travel regularly across Ireland
