The role involves managing a team, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.Package detailsPerformance related bonusPensionHealth insuranceCPD funding + clear progression pathsAnnual salary reviews.. and much more.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve targets across new homes developments.Develop and implement sales strategies and oversee the full sales process from enquiry to completion, including reservation, contract signing, snagging, and handover.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including solicitors, contractors, and clients.Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing insights to senior management.Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with PSRA guidelines throughout the sales and post-sales process.Oversee sales events, launches, and showhome presentations.Support the sales team to maximise performance and deliver a smooth handover and after-sales experience for purchasers.Key skills required5+ years of experience in the new homes sector.BSc in Real Estate or similar.
