Key Responsibilities
Lead your team – you’ll motivate your team to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving great results.
Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, manage stock, and improve profits.
Make it your own – your store will have a personality; make sure it is a great place for both team and customers.
Support the area – as part of the wider team of Branch Managers, support your area’s KPIs and champion a specific area.
