Responsibilities:
* Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the play centre.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children.
* Supervise and support play centre staff.
* Implement and enforce play centre policies and procedures.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
* Manage bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.
* Organize and facilitate play activities and events.
* Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
* Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a play centre or similar environment is essential.
* Must be trustworthy, punctual, and a team player.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* A valid first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
* A genuine love for working with children.
