We are seeking highly skilled IT professionals to join our team as L1 Support Engineers. This is a contract role with an initial duration of 4-6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy and Configure laptops across various client sites.
* Support Microsoft 365 Upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
* Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Assist with User Onboarding, including profile migration, application installations, and system setup.
* Document and report deployment progress, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Work closely with the IT team to coordinate logistics and meet project timelines.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in IT support, desktop support, or rollout projects.
* Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Excellent Troubleshooting and Communication Skills.
* A valid driving license is required, as travel between sites will be necessary.
* The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
