F&B Operations Manager
We are seeking an accomplished professional in hospitality operations to lead our F&B department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of food and beverage, leadership skills, and the ability to drive team success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving sales targets while minimizing operational costs through effective staff management and optimization strategies.
* Maintaining required staffing levels and upholding operational standards to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Implementing company operating standards for suppliers, service quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
* Conducting regular stock takes and developing procedures to mitigate losses and improve profitability.
* Addressing HR issues and ensuring smooth running of all service standards to maintain a high-performing team.
* Ensuring compliance with Fire, Health, and Safety Measures and conducting departmental audits to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Calm leadership and attention to detail to drive results and ensure excellence.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Previous experience in revenue growth, food and beverage management, forecasting, and budgeting within a similar Irish property setting.
