Our client is re-locating to Naas, and is looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their expanding team. Initial contract role with view to permanency. Must be able to travel to Dublin West initially. Office Management & Administration Oversee and complete general administrative duties. Coordinate day-to-day office procedures. Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained. Organise meetings and maintain databases. Book transport and accommodation for staff as required. Ensure health and safety policies are up to date and followed. Use a range of software packages to support office functions. Team Supervision & Support Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff within the team. Foster a positive, friendly, and productive work environment. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communication & Liaison Handle correspondence, complaints, and queries in a professional manner. Liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients. Attend meetings with senior management when required. Skills & Experience We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in office management, demonstrating the ability to run efficient day-to-day operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing administrative processes, coordinating office logistics, and supporting teams across various departments.
