Position Highlights:
* Role: Floor Supervisor/Assistant to the Manager
* Location: The Reeks Gateway
* Working Days: Wednesday to Saturday
* No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or Late Nights
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage workflow and ensure smooth operations on the floor.
* Assist in training new hires to uphold our standards of exceptional service
* Oversee stock control and place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Contribute to merchandising and advertising efforts to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail setting.
* Strong understanding of stock management and merchandising techniques.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
