This contact centre is a high performing sales outlet with monthly targets to achieve; in this role you will help manage the team but also generate your own sales.
Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the contact centre, while keeping track of sales performance and targets.
Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial.
The contact centre operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.
