Overview
This role involves supporting systems used in the management of clinical trials. It requires working closely with colleagues across various functions, geographies and vendor staff to deliver operational, compliance, and quality status of prioritized business system support.
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of the various systems used across Clinical Trials.
* Use expertise in process understanding, development and support to manage business systems.
* Provide technical knowledge and coordinate all business system support, maintenance, and deployment activities.
* Resolve system issues quickly to ensure continued access and apply root cause analysis as needed.
* Support system users with queries and incidents in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
* Identify system risks and issues and raise concerns appropriately.
* Apply knowledge and experience to continuously improve functionality and efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong working knowledge of systems used in clinical trials.
* Excellent process understanding, development and support skills.
* Ability to provide technical knowledge and coordinate business system support.
