About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice. As a key member of our production team, you will be involved in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Throughout this 3-year apprenticeship, you will receive on-site training at our facility combined with academic studies at a local university. This unique blend of hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge will equip you with the skills and expertise necessary to succeed in your career.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about science and technology, and has a keen interest in manufacturing and engineering. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production operations.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to manufacturing activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
