National Account Executive - Force Recruitment Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) About the Role You will have full accountability for developing the strategic plan for key accounts in the Irish market. Your mission is to drive sales, profit, and net working capital, exceeding targets across all categories within your account portfolio. This role involves managing the P&L from top to bottom in a dynamic environment where you act as the strategic decision-maker. Youll shape the commercial agenda with strong category insight and business acumen, while also supporting National Account Managers (NAMs) with analysis and customer initiatives as needed. Your Responsibilities Deliver Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and Net Working Capital targets for your account portfolio Achieve 4P objectives across Product, Placement, Price, and Promotion Represent the customer voice within the Category Business Team Build and manage multi-level relationships within accounts Meet account sales and trade investment targets Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements aligned with account profiles, including shelf presence, POS visibility, distribution penetration, retail pricing, and promotional execution The Experience We're Looking For Educated to a high standard, with account management experience in FMCG sales A driven, strategic thinker with a strong desire to contribute to business growth Proven experience managing P&Ls and consistently delivering or exceeding targets Demonstrates financial, commercial, and strategic acumen, along with strong analytical and creative thinking Comfortable operating across multiple levels and functions, and effective in team settings Strong influencing skills and an ability to build internal and external relationships Experience in navigating category dynamics and delivering actionable insights is advantageous Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for commercial innovation Fluent in English and open to international relocation The Skills for Success Key Account Management, Account Management, Ecommerce, Sales Analysis, Field Sales & Management, Consumer & Shopper Insights, Category Analysis, Collaborative Partnership, Influencing, Consultative Selling, Product Planning, Financial & Commercial Acumen, Sales Negotiation, Strategy Execution, and Operational Excellence.
