Responsibilities
* Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and cooperating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
* Achieving KPIs and operational expectations.
* Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
* Ability to learn and share product knowledge and trends to fit customer needs.
* Maintains awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming products/trends.
* Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail environment preferred.
* Good communication and listening skills.
* Confident, approachable and enthusiastic person who is great talking to people.
* Good attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
* Well organized.
* Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and evenings.
