DublinHours:30 hours per weekContract:PermanentSalary:€28,612 - €46,839 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience)The Role:As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and financial support to the Accounts Department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in finance or currently pursuing an Accounts Technician qualification, who enjoys working in a structured, busy office environment as part of a supportive team.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and co-ordinating invoices and correspondence received in the Accounts DepartmentOpening, sorting and distributing postManaging the Accounts inbox, responding to and forwarding queries as appropriateSorting invoices to the correct company for processing and data entryIssuing invoices electronically to managers for authorisationInputting invoices, staff expenses and petty cash accurately and in a timely mannerAssisting with the preparation of payment runsPreparing lodgements to the bankReconciling creditors' statementsDealing with creditor and staff queries regarding paymentsSupporting the Accounts Team with ad hoc duties as requiredEssential Requirements:Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role (or currently pursuing an Accounts Technician qualification)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood organisational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompetent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and email systemsWhat We OfferWhen you join Prosper Fingal, you become part of a supportive, forward-thinking organisation that values your wellbeing and career development.
