Purpose of the Role

The Hospitality Manager oversees all aspects of guest hospitality, ensuring a seamless experience for all invited guests.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for festival guests.
* Create and distribute detailed itineraries covering travel, accommodation, dining, transport and scheduled commitments.
* Liaise with transportation partners and festival drivers to ensure timely travel aligned with flight schedules and events.
* Manage hospitality budgets and communicate with guests regarding marketing and PR opportunities.
* Collaborate with teams to convey guest needs and requests.
* Liaise with hotels and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and experience for guests.
* Identify value-adding opportunities to enhance the festival experience.
Key Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 4 years proven experience in hospitality or event management, preferably within a cultural or festival setting.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
* Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving.
