Operations Director
The Operations Director will oversee a team of over 50 production staff and several team leaders. Key responsibilities include developing and executing agreed production targets, supporting daily meetings, creating recovery plans, and identifying strategies to reduce production costs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and control production to ensure product is manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standard.
* Develop and execute agreed production targets for product lines daily, weekly, and in accordance with company KPIs.
* Create and execute recovery plans where output targets have not been met.
