The Role: Junior Project Manager
We are currently seeking an Assistant / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.
This is a developmental role specifically structured for a sharp, tech-literate professional who wants to learn the commercial and operational side of project management. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will be given real responsibility as you learn, with a clear and structured pathway toward future leadership roles within the company. Referencing our project frameworks, you will play a key part in ensuring our high standards of quality and safety are maintained across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing construction projects from contract award through to final handover.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Coordinate communication between site crews, subcontractors, and clients.
Learn and apply site health and safety compliance standards.
Support financial and budget tracking for active projects.
What You Bring
Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong digital skills and high tech literacy.
Prior experience in a construction environment is preferred, but a strong attitude and desire to learn are critical.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
