Job Description:
* Meeting and greeting customers to document their requirements.
* Liaising with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure all documentation is correctly processed.
* Scheduling work and reviewing vehicle and customer history to identify potential additional work requirements.
* Initiating ordering of parts and communicating customer requirements to the workshop in a clear manner.
* Completing other activities as specified by the Service Manager.
Key Skills:
* IT competence
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Demonstrable knowledge of motor mechanics (desirable)
