Kerry, we are seeking a Financial Advisor to join their team. Our client specialises in financial services including Mortgage Protection, Pensions, Savings, and Investments. As a financial advisor you will provide professional financial advice and tailored solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals while maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Assess clients' financial circumstances, goals, and risk tolerance. Provide advice on Mortgage Protection, Pensions, Savings, Investments, and financial planning. Develop and review personalised financial plans. Identify new business opportunities and maintain referral networks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Requirements: Strong communication and relationship management skills. Good understanding of financial products and planning principles. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Experience in financial advisory, enterprise support, or business guidance Self-employed experience or a strong entrepreneurial/self-starter mindset Relevant financial qualification, such as Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or equivalent.
