Key Responsibilities:
* Design entire solutions independently for business challenges or products;
* C0ach and guide team members in implementation;
* Collaborate with senior technical members, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure quality and efficiency in product delivery;
* Define, design, and enforce industrial best practices in an innovative and scalable manner within our environment;
* Communicate and present ideas effectively to all levels of management, technical and non-technical audiences;
* Foster energy and questions that drive ideation and creative design, encouraging higher-level thinking;
Requirements:
* BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in CS, EE, or equivalent;
* 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in big data or machine learning;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ambition;
* Deep knowledge of Java or Python; web development skills and middleware like Spring Boot, databases, caches; and big data tech stacks such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Kafka;
* Clean coding habits, attention to detail, and focus on quality and best practices;
* Good oral and written communication skills in English;
* Open-source contribution experience is a plus;
* Experience working in a multinational company is a plus;
