Our Dublin based client is looking for a Implementation Consultant to join a growing team.
Opportunity is with an established company that is continuing to build the Digital / Technology division.
This is a permanent role that can be performed on a mainly remote basis, with 2 days per month in the Dublin office.
Job Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the implementation design and documentation for a client's business requirements.
* Coordinate the system for a client based on the requirements documented.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase and manage the overall project communication and any issues.
* Oversee the overall execution of lifecycle phases for implementation and support other software deployment projects.
* Coordinate resources, schedules, task assignments, project plans, and perform systems analysis.
* Provide advice on methods and recommend changes and improvements for project management processes, design solutions, and potential enhancements.
* Maximize margins through the full lifecycle of the implementation.
* Align the product as closely as possible to how it is sold.
* Work with various teams in the preparation of the business case, cost/benefit analyses, and other planning.
Essential and Desirable Skills
* Track record and ability to design and implement business solutions or software projects in a business environment.
* Passion for implementation design and delivery.
* Experience in a solution consulting or implementation management role.
* Knowledge and experience of analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, business mapping, diagrams, process maps, and reporting.
* Querying Microsoft SQL skills will be an advantage but not essential.
* Professional experience from a similar position is ideal.
* Good customer-facing and engagement skills.
