Maintenance Manager Job Description
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing maintenance management tasks across multiple locations. You will work primarily in Ratheane Care Home but also support our three North Antrim Care Homes. This role is 100% operational and requires an extremely hands-on approach.
This position involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, inspecting buildings, systems, and equipment for issues. You will also troubleshoot and repair problems or schedule repairs when needed. Safety is crucial; you must ensure the care homes are safe and comply with regulations regarding fire smoke carbon monoxide systems supplies ordering tools inventory monitoring cleaning facilities equipment records delegation facilities support general building removal grounds clearance etc
