Plant Operations Manager
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations at multiple wastewater treatment facilities, supervising teams of operators and craftspeople.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day activities including maintenance, process control and quality assurance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet contractual requirements and deliver optimal results.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
* Provide guidance and support during off-hours shifts to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operational staff and possess excellent communication skills. A good command of English and computer literacy are also essential.
