This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving goods and managing stock to preparing and delivering orders for installation and service teams. What Youll Be Doing: Daily Operations: Follow all warehouse procedures and standard operating practices (SOPs) Goods In: Receive, inspect, and book-in deliveries accurately Order Fulfilment: Pick, prepare, and dispatch stock for installations and service teams Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels to meet business needs Toner Orders: Pack and ship toner orders daily with precision and punctuality Stock Takes: Carry out regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy Organisation & Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised at all times Admin Support: Prepare delivery notes and documentation as needed Health & Safety: Operate within all safety standards and use equipment responsibly Delivery & Collection: Transport items to/from customer sites when required On-Site Support: Assist with lifting and positioning large displays during installations Asset Tracking: Record and label serial numbers for equipment being dispatched What Were Looking For: Essential Experience & Qualifications: Minimum2 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment ValidReach Forklift Licence Manual Handling Certification Good IT proficiency and the ability to learn new systems Full,clean driving licence Solid understanding of warehouse safety and best practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Skills: Forklift operative Warehouse operative General operative reach counterbalance licence
