Key Responsibilities Sales Commercial Performance: Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets KPIs .
Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty .
Team Leadership Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.

Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.
Customer Experience Brand Representation: Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations .
