Operations Manager Role
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role within our hotel property, responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across various departments.
* Provide strategic leadership and guidance to teams across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Accommodation, and Guest Services.
* Maintain service standards and operational efficiency throughout the property through effective team coordination and management.
This highly visible role requires strong decision-making skills with confidence to manage issues in real-time. The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum 2+ years of experience as an Hotel Operations Manager or similar senior operational role.
2. Previous experience working in a comparable hotel property size.
