This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile digital advertising projects, focusing on the Benelux market.
Depending on your professional background and strengths, you will be considered for one of two key functions within the department: Option 1: Sales Executive (New Business) Identify and engage with potential new business clients via outbound activities.
Analyze business needs and propose tailored digital advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Option 2: Onboarding Account Manager (Growth Retention) Manage and onboard a diverse portfolio of new accounts.
Optimize and develop advertising campaigns to ensure long-term client success.
Identify opportunities for upselling and performance improvements to increase investment.
Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates and reduce churn.
What You Bring Native-level Dutch (C2) and professional fluency in English (C1).
1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of the Benelux business culture and digital marketing trends is a plus.
