Job OverviewEnsure the provision of ICT business process support on an assignment basis to selected end user departments. Review existing processes and align IT support tools against them to improve efficiencies. Deliver on improved efficiencies in accordance with agreed ICT action plans. Develop and deliver annual infrastructural upgrade plans.
