Responsibilities

* Striking up conversations with customers.
* Be ready and eager to assist customers with queries at all times.
* Give diligent adherence to company loss prevention guidelines.
* Be quick to spot an opportunity to go above and beyond in terms of service levels and exceed customers expectations.
* Support Sales Team on the shop floor when they are serving customers by retrieving product from the back dock area at the customers request in a timely manner.
* Replenish stock on the floor as and when required.


Qualifications

* Experience and Qualifications: Must have experience working face to face with the public in a customer service role. Preferably have 1–3 years hospitality or tourism service or face to face retailing experience.
* Customer Orientated: Be quick to spot an opportunity to go above and beyond in terms of levels and be passionate about exceeding customers expectations.
* Experienced Communicator / Good Listener: Have the ability to strike up a conversation with customers of all ages. Be ready and eager to assist customers with queries.
* Happy, Positive Attitude & Outlook: Have a warm, friendly demeanor.
* Well Presented: Have a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
* Confident, Outgoing and People Orientated: Actively take opportunities to be social and interact with customers.
* Hardworking, Conscientious, & Self‑Motivated: Have a high degree of personal and interpersonal energy at all times. The ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
* Adaptable to Change: Be open and accepting of necessary change and innovation within the company, show a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish objectives.
* Attention to Detail/Organised: Have a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job. Show commitment to the job and to the company.

Additional Information

* This is a full‑time, seasonal fixed‑term contract finishing on the 31st January 2026.
* You must be available to work flexible hours i.e. weekends and evenings.
