As a Site Engineer, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects on-site.
You will be responsible for supervising and managing daily construction activities, ensuring they adhere to engineering designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
Your expertise will allow you to coordinate with subcontractors, manage resources, and interface with project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports on project status, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
Identify any issues or delays affecting project timelines and proactively develop solutions.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and concerns to team members.
Maintain accurate records of site activity and documentation for project reporting.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
