IT Support and Facilities Leader
As a proactive IT Support and Facilities Lead, you will be the key contact for all IT and facilities needs within our organisation.
* Promptly handle technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and support ticket system.
* Coordinate new hire onboarding and provide comprehensive IT training.
* Oversee facilities maintenance, vendor relations, and inventory management.
* Drive continuous improvement in IT and facilities operations.
* Ensure accurate documentation and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of IT support experience.
* Facilities management experience preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services.
* Full driver's license required.
