The Role
* Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the Healthcare Litigation team
* Draft, prepare, and format legal documents, briefs, and correspondence
* Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate communications with clients and counsel
* Transcribe dictation accurately and efficiently
* Maintain case files, billing records, and documentation to the highest standard
* Assist with research, document review, and preparation of legal bundles
The Person
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within litigation or healthcare law
* Strong digital dictation and typing skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous billing experience or familiarity with medical terminology would be an advantage
