Business Analyst - Dublin (Hybrid)
Our client, a global technology-driven organisation at the forefront of digital transformation within the travel and aviation sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their expanding team. About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technology delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
2. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
3. Support agile delivery processes including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
4. Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
5. Partner with product, development, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
6. Identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation.
7. Maintain clear documentation and requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
8. 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within an agile software environment.
9. Strong knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
13. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Desirable
14. Experience working with UX/UI design teams.
15. Exposure to data analysis tools and reporting frameworks.
