Dublin Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co.
Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately.
In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services.
Locum Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist with a special interest in Liaison Psychiatry and the National Gender Service (Locum (6 months), Full-time) Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above post which provides liaison psychiatry services to St Columcille's Hospital, Loughlinstown and St Michaels Hospital, Dun Laoghaire.
In addition, the post provides psychiatric services to the National Gender Service based at St Columcille's Hospital.

Minimum Requirements The following professional qualifications and experience apply to this appointment:
1. Must be on the Specialist Register for General Adult Psychiatry maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland or entitlement to be so registered within a six month period
.
2. Preferably have spent at least 12 months of Higher Specialist Training in a recognized liaison psychiatry post.
3. Experience of working in a Transgender service is also desirable but not essential.
Remuneration Salary Grade 'Consultant Contract **** - Clinical' on the Consolidated HSE Pay Scale €231,215 - €277,736 per annum pro rata Initial location This role is based at Cranog, Galloping Green, Stillorgan, Co.
Dublin .
Additionally, the role involves providing services at St Columcille's Hospital and St Michaels Hospital.
You may be required, from time to time, to work at SJOG CS's other places of business or/and the premises of such associated s companies or organisations as SJOG CS may require.
You will be given as much notice of any such change of place of work as is reasonably practicable.
