Job Title: Engineering Management Professional


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Management Professional to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership to our engineering services and facilities teams. Your primary goal will be to deliver successful outcomes in operational service delivery and capital improvement projects.

In this role, you will lead our Client's engineering services and facilities department to achieve operational and project success. You will provide a hands-on leadership approach to getting things done and develop and manage engineering project budgets. You will also ensure that all responsibilities within the scope of the role are carried out in compliance with aviation and safety regulations.

You will collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will implement systems and processes for efficient data retrieval and ensure compliance with data security.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the engineering services and facilities department to achieve operational and project success.
* Provide a hands-on leadership approach to getting things done.
* Develop and manage engineering project budgets.
* Ensure compliance with aviation and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders.
* Implement systems and processes for efficient data retrieval.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Level 8 Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
* At least 12 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 8 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
* Demonstrated success in performance management and people development.
* Experience of project management.
* Skillful use of engineering software, project management tools (AutoCAD etc), MS Office and BIM System.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
