Ensuring that all client service standards and regulatory requirements are met together with working with partners in different jurisdictions.The Transfer Agency (TA) department provides third party fund services to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder service functions including client services, dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, and commissions.You will be responsible for working with TA partners and Team Leaders supporting your team daily in addition to developing the ‘on the job skills’ to enhance the overall performance of the department.Principal ResponsibilitiesResponsible for input, approval & QA checks on Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, Commission and Rebate payments against strict currency deadlinesEnsure queries are answered in line with department proceduresWork queue management and completion within relevant deadlinesAttend and participate in team huddles and team meetingsSupport team in monitoring mailboxes to ensure all queries are completed within the service level agreementSupport the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirementsParticipate in client visit meetings as requiredMaintain a close working relationship with other areas of TA and external stakeholdersRequired to play an active role if/when the department undergoes an auditEnsure adherence to all Northern Trust policies, procedures, and controlsAdherence to Client SLDsSupport and participate in any project related work as requiredAssist with the onboarding of new partners and act as a buddy/mentor to ensure they integrate into the role with ease.
