Marketing Manager - Retail
This is a varied role where you will oversee all areas of marketing, including digital paid and organic marketing, email marketing, social media management, events, print and radio advertising, content writing, creating instore graphics, brochures, POS, and video reels. You will manage and mentor a Marketing Executive and work collaboratively with the Ecommerce Manager and store managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop compelling stories in multiple formats, including strong photography and videography skills
- Capture new video and image assets for creative execution
- Develop and execute the content strategy to align with marketing goals and target audience needs
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Campaign Management:
- Manage advertising activity, including designing and executing campaigns
- Review effectiveness of each activity or campaign and build insights into future planned activity
Digital Marketing Management:
- Manage blog posts on relevant subjects to drive awareness of brand and product range
- Implement digital media including PPC, Display, audio, and online video
- Use customer and market insights to provide direction for marketing/sales initiatives
Email & Text Marketing:
- Manage digital communications calendar and design, segment, deliver and report on communications
- Write and execute emails and texts with creative agency
