Role Overview:
Seeking an
AVI Support Engineer
to join the product management team. The role involves supporting and managing the
Avi Vantage Platform
, working closely with customers and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
* Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions.
* Report and prioritize product issues.
* Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert for Avi deployments and integrations (e.g., vSphere, ESXi, NSX).
Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of networking layers (L4–L7) and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript).
* Familiarity with networking components (Routing, Switching, Firewall, TCP/IP).
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Plus:
Experience with Linux, REST APIs, Python, or Java.
