Responsibilities

* Be the technical leader for Copilot and Modern Work solutions in your Pod.
* Engage with known customer technical contacts to identify leads for sellers.
* Lead use case ideation, customer workshops, design technical architecture, and conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) and trials aligned to FY25 Solution Plays: Drive business transformation with Copilot, Secure Productivity, and Converged Communications.
* Partner with MW Sales Specialist to close deals by engaging with qualified opportunities in the Inspire and Design stage of MCEM (Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology).
* Provide high-quality, actionable feedback for improving go-to-market resources, sales practices, and product design.
* Lead and recognize different engagement and orchestration disciplines for customers.
* Provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capabilities at the account level.
* Work with account teams to shape strategic win plans and tailor Microsoft messaging.
* Demonstrate and oversee product and service demonstrations, applying architecture patterns and supporting cross-workload support. Apply sales methodologies and coach teams on customer digital transformation and insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* Fluency in English and German.
* Experience in technology-related technical sales or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with relevant sales or account management experience.
