My client who is one of the largest Distributors of Medical Equipment across the 32 Counties has a role for a Hospital Equipment Sales Specialist.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales, but a range of Hospital Sales backgrounds will be considered.
You will need to have sold to both Private and Public Hospitals in Ireland in the past and be able to demonstrate an ability to grow your sales pipeline during the interview process.

Job Title: Equipment Sales Account Manager (Hospital)
Territory: Ireland South: Munster, Mid-West & Southeast
Package:
* €50k - €60k Basic (Dependent on Experience & Open to Negotiation)
* Company Car & Fuel Card (Fully Expensed)

Role:
The Sales Specialist will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a range of Medical Equipment to a large customer base of hospitals across Territory.
Duties:
* Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
* Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
* Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries
* Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility
* Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
* Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
* Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
* Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Products will include a range of Capital Equipment products used in the acute hospital environment. These include Infusion Devices, Ultrasound, Disinfection and Isolation Products.
Customers will include a number of disciplines relating to the above range of products, including Clinicians, Clinical Nurse Managers, Biomedical Engineering departments and Procurement.
Experience:
* 3-7 Years Plus B2B Field Sales Experience (Hospital Equipment Sales)
* Business Development background
* Full Clean Driving License
* Specific experience with Products (Desirable)
