The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to support a critical manufacturing transition project.
You will manage the end-to-end visibility of Finished Goods (FG) inventory as production migrates from Ireland to Germany.
Your mission is to ensure business continuity through precise inventory management and cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do Project Support: Monitor "Bridge Stock" levels and track depletion rates to ensure a seamless switch between old and new production sources.
Inventory Control: Oversee the digital transfer of stock in SAP, execute reconciliations, and manage FEFO (First Expired, First Out) logic to minimize waste.
Logistics Coordination: Track shipments and partner with Quality/Logistics teams to release stock in alignment with system changes.
Reporting: Maintain Excel-based Inventory Tracker Dashboards and generate daily "Stock at Risk" reports for leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the link between local affiliates, distribution centers, and global supply planners.
What You'll Need Experience: 3+ years in Supply Chain or Inventory Management.
Technical Skills: * SAP proficiency (or similar ERP) is required.
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) for data reconciliation.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Life Sciences.
Background: Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry is highly preferred.
