Position: Senior Architect

Our client specialized in the design and construction of high rise buildings and luxury villas. Our team of talented architects and designers are dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable structures that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our clients. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our client's team and help us continue to deliver exceptional projects.
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process for high rise buildings and luxury villas. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into creative and functional designs. You will also be responsible for overseeing the entire project from conception to completion, ensuring that it meets all quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process for high rise buildings and luxury villas
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models, renderings, and drawings
- Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure that construction is in line with the design plans
- Ensure that all projects meet building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Mentor and train junior architects and provide guidance and support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high rise and luxury villas design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong design and technical skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
