With a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and integrity, our Dublin team is expanding—and we're seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to join our dynamic office.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Litigation Legal Secretary, you'll provide high-level administrative support to solicitors within our litigation department. Your tasks will include:Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondenceManaging case files, maintaining accurate records, and updating client databasesOrganising and monitoring court dates, deadlines, and solicitor diariesHandling confidential information with discretion and professionalismLiaising with courts, clients, counsel, and third-party stakeholdersAssisting with billing processes and timesheet entriesSupporting ad-hoc administrative and team coordination tasksRequirements & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you'll bring:Proven experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within litigationStrong knowledge of court procedures and legal terminologyExcellent typing, IT, and document management skills (including Word and case management systems)A proactive, highly organised approach and sharp attention to detailStrong communication skills and professional presentationAbility to manage competing deadlines efficientlyJob Type: Full-timePay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
