ACCPRO are working with a leading FS company to recruit for a Finance Project Manager to over see a GL implementation project.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.The ideal candidate will need to have managed at least one GL implementation project previously, SAP/Oracle experience an advantage, €80-100k, hybrid, bonus.12-18 month FTC, Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a complex business or systems implementation project.Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors, senior leaders, and cross-functional internal teams.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and changes, proactively managing challenges and escalating where appropriate.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leads, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and effective communication.Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure adherence to agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.Produce clear, high-quality project reporting and communications for a range of audiences, including senior management and executives.Apply and embed structured project management frameworks, processes, and tools, and facilitate effective project meetings and governance forums.Requirements: Experience delivering end-to-end projects in a structured project management environment.Proven experience managing GL implementation previously.Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused and delivery-driven mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience reporting to senior and executive stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including working with third-party vendors.Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking capability, with the ability to work autonomously.Proficiency in standard project management and reporting tools (e.g.Power Point, Excel); experience with tools such as Jira is an advantage.Degree or equivalent qualification; project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
