Site Security Manager: Leadership and Direction for a Secure Site
The successful candidate will provide leadership and direction for the security team on site, ensuring that all aspects of their duties are conducted to the required standards. This exciting role will have a direct impact on the recruitment, training, and policy & procedure of the site.
The Role
* To deliver all aspects of physical security on site, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and assets.
* Overall responsibility for ensuring the security team is proactive and quality-focused, completing all aspects of their duties to the required standards.
* The direct management of all shift Supervisors, with responsibility for all security staff recruitment, performance management and training.
The Person
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with industry knowledge in manned guarding, law enforcement, military, security, or safety in management capacity. In-depth knowledge of security protocols and management of guarding operations is essential. Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining security, life safety or business continuity procedures and training is also required.
