You will be joining a leading international business that operates at the forefront of its industry, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives.
What they're looking for:
1. Solid administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting
2. Fluency in German and English
3. Strong organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
5. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Key responsibilities:
6. Provide high-level business support to Board/Senior Directors
7. Manage and optimise Directors' diaries in line with business priorities
8. Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
9. Plan meetings and events, coordinate follow-ups
10. Act as a point of contact internally and externally
11. Arrange travel and accommodation for Directors
12. Carry out general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
