Our services encompass design, implementation, project management, training, and ongoing technical support.The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to fulfil a dual role as Office Manager Lead & Executive Assistant. This position is critical to the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office while also providing high-level administrative support to the CEO.The successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities, handling confidential information with discretion, and acting as a key point of contact within the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Manager Lead ResponsibilitiesEnsuring a warm and professional welcome for employees, clients, suppliers, candidates and other visitorsManage incoming callsCollaborate with team members to manage daily operations of a busy office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and well-organised working environmentSupport internal teams with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requestsEnsure office policies and procedures are followed and assist with their continuous improvementExecutive Assistant ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsManage and triage e-mail inquiries, meeting requests, and telephone calls for the CEO, ensuring timely and appropriate responsesCoordinate meetings, including logistics, attendees, and follow-up actionsHandle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretionAct as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersKey Skills & CompetenciesExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyStrong English language written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and take initiativeProfessional manner with strong interpersonal skillsDiscretion and confidentiality at all timesPositive and flexible approach to workExperience & QualificationsPrevious experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative roleExperience supporting senior management or executives is highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent toolsExperience managing calendars, emails, and office operations in a fast-paced environmentApplication ProcessPlease submit your application and CV through our online application portal.
