Legal Support Team Leader
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Provide high-quality support across multiple practice areas, particularly during staff absences or periods of increased demand.
* Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for fee earners.
* Prepare tailored itineraries and business development packs, ensuring inclusion of client-relevant and trip-specific information.
* Produce, amend, and format documents in line with the Firm's house style.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support billing processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Compile and prepare business development materials, including research, biographies, and company insights for client meetings.
* Maintain and report on business development activity using the Firm's CRM system (Interaction).
